E	Edianna Iac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie all'abilità del pizzaiolo che lavora l'impasto della pizza a lunga lievitazione in frigo con poco lievito,in tal modo la pizza assume un gusto ed un alveolatura del cornicione eccellente, la portata diventa di una leggerezza tale da permettere di poter essere consumata fino a tarda sera, unitamente a farine e prodotti di qualità. Il locale e a conduzione familiare, gestito in modo impeccabile nell'accoglienza e nel servizio, ti fa sentire a casa per il piacere di essere serviti da persone cortesi, disponibili, professionali e soprattutto sorridenti. Da provare l'amaro della nonna, prodotto artigianale con erbe segrete del Gargano dal gusto sempre diverso in base alle erbe aromatiche disponibili, servito freddo non ghiacciato. Prezzi eccezionali per i prodotti utilizzati. PS sono cliente da diverso tempo la mia valutazione riferisce una conduzione immutata nel tempo provare per credere. Personally I ate a good "calzone"! The dough was soft, leavened Neapolitan type and good .. I recommend it! Surely the pizza will be good too?

The pizza was fine (it's hard to excel in italy!) but more importantly the staff are really friendly and helpful even to non italian-speakers. There are a few little places like this around, but I think the setting, with the cobbled street, and the staff, made it much better than the others. It seemed like a part of a very small local community, as opposed to the ones on the main street. My only gripe is that they don't sell wine. For me, am Italian meal without wine is a shame. Persuade them to sell wine!
