Located in the historic center of Gubbio so you don't have to take the car, the rooms are very nice and spotless, the breakfast is plentiful and good, very professional and helpful staff. I'll be back

Polite helpful and friendly staff, excellent and strategic location..clean and comfortable rooms perhaps a little small, including the bathroom, but overall it is definitely something that can be left out. Varied breakfast with good and quality products!
