★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is central, breakfast is decent, rooms are cozy, clean and normally equipped, but sound insulation is very bad. Not for anyone who is easily disturbed. Apologies to the unlucky people who had to suffer my snoring for three nights.

Everything was as described. Super friendly staff, efficient and very accommodating.
Lovely breakfast. Very central which is great for tourists.
Business/check in done through the Urban Hotel adjacent.
Fine hotel and great bar.
The JJ only has a breakfast room.
WiFi was excellent. We did not find the hotel noisy even though it is central.
We were so satisfied that we’ve booked 8 days there in 2018.
Fully recommend this great hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very nice, as were the pillows. All the fixtures were in good condition and worked properly. The room is furnished in a classic but tastefully modern style. It includes a mini-fridge. The breakfast was a classic continental assortment - hard boiled eggs, meat and cheese, some bread (including gluten-free options) with butter and jam, yogurt, coffee, and fruit juice. Quality was fine. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the train/bus station and is close to the old city centre and related amenities. It is on a small side street so remains quiet even with crowds bustling in the main square. An all-round enjoyable stay and an easy recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely hotel, our air conditioned bedroom was spotless, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast spread in the morning was great! The location is also perfect, close to lots of bars and restaurants. 10/10, highly recommend for anyone visiting Trieste!
