C	Clare gold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely room with a gorgeous view of the lake. Location isn't perfect but there is a shuttle service three times a day into the local towns where you can get the ferry across the lake. Cabs cost approx 15Euro if the shuttle times don't suit.

The hotel was well situated with Desenzano and Sirmione near by which were beautiful. We hired a car but we also jumped on shuttle bus so we both could have a drink. Hotel was very clean and our room was lovely with a view of the lake. The pools were lovely. The choice at Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We loved it so much that we have come home and have rebooked for next year. Can’t wait to stay again.

Customer service very disappointing from this 4* hotel! Very smart spa hotel. Heated pool on the roof. Rooms spacious with a good balcony + views
K	Kevin H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was okay , nice and friendly staff. It has restaurant and bar, a spa downstairs, rent a vespa and a swimming pool on the top floor. The room was actually a handicap room we got which I was disappointed despite of that the toilet was so high it was very close to the shower too. Wasn't happy about that. Also you could hear people next door if their back door to the balcony is on and people smoking you can smell it across the ocean. The rooms aren't sound proof is what I'm saying. If you need good sleep I suggest you'd bring earplugs or industrial headphones.
M	Mihaela Kerkhof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 5 stars only because the stuff working here are really nice and attentive especially Erika from spa and wellness. I stayed 4 nights and me and my husband had the last room on the 3th floor next to the pool with the lake view( which you can rent 2h at the time for about 40 euros) and we could hear the people swimming or splashing the water. We also hear some music in the evening and we couldn't realize from where it was coming. The elevators were always smelling of fish or dirty feet even if you had the masks on. In the first 2 days at breakfast ( Monday and Tuesday) we had to wait quite a while for the coffee which I find really not nice for a 4 stars hotel. We were not the only one complaining...
M	Marlisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Very beautiful hotel and the staff is really nice and polite + Restaurants are in walking distance + Lake is in ealking distance + The hotel is decorated really beautiful and of a high standart + Breakfast is very good and they handle it well because of Covid situation + Because we had our dog with us, we sat in another area for breakfast which was really comfortable and well organized - The hotel is located a little bit outside of Desenzano Center but you can get there by car in a few minutes - They charged us 15€ per day for our dog - Pool on the top roof was 20€ / 1 pers / 1 hour (due to Covid situation) (There's another pool for everyone but it is really cold) To sum it up, it's a good hotel with nice staff & it's very clean. We would choose it again, but only if the roof top pool would be free of charge again as it was before Covid.

Because of dogs aloud, noisy and not hygienic. Service in the restaurant very unpolite by the mail waiter, just a small hint to him: before accusing the client not having enough funds in the credit card, check your credit card machine first!
