the pool is dirty, room is very old and broken, wifi only work some of the times far from the lake and very expensive relatively to other better hotels in the area

β β β β β Spacious rooms with balcony overseeing the swimming pool, equipment includes the fridge, cooker, microwave. unfortunately the internet is quite slow and there is no dishwasher, contrary to statement on the profile parking is not for free, but for 5 EUR per day

β β β β β Great location, supermarket is just around the corner, the beach just a few steps away. The restaurants and city are generally not as busy as in Desenzano directly. Rooms are clean and well equipped.
