Non ho mai avuto a che fare con una donna così arrogante, cattiva, senza rispetto, scrupoli o considerazione per gli inquilini. Valentina ha chiaramente approfittato del fatto che non eravamo di madrelingua italiana per schiacciarci in ogni conversazione che cercavamo di avere con lei. Abbiamo vissuto in un appartamento da 1600 euro per più di 2 anni, e abbiamo sempre pagato in tempo.Tuttavia, si è schierata con la proprietaria ad ogni visita e alla fine del contratto d'affitto per spremere più soldi possibile dalla caparra. Dopo più di 3 mesi, abbiamo dovuto insistere fortemente per ottenere la restituzione della caparra. Ogni volta che chiamavamo, ci veniva data la stessa risposta arrogante: "Non è il mio lavoro", accompagnata da email della proprietaria che minacciava di chiamare il suo avvocato. Nessun documento che giustifichi la detrazione di un importo ha accompagnato il trasferimento, come richiesto dalla legge. Non raccomando questa agenzia, che si fa beffe dei principi di rispetto, di onestà e di educazione di base.
Casa Coral is potentially the worst real estate agency in the country. I have never dealt with a woman so arrogant, mean, without respect, scruples or consideration for the tenants. Valentina clearly took advantage of the fact that we weren't native Italian speakers to crush us in every conversation we tried to have with her. We lived in a 1600 euro apartment for more than 2 years, and we always paid on time, however, she sided with the landlady at each visit and at the end of the lease to squeeze as much money out of the deposit as possible. After more than 3 months, we had to strongly insist on getting the deposit back. Every time we called, we were given the same arrogant response: "It's not my job", accompanied by an email from the owner threatening to call her lawyer. No document justifying the deduction of an amount accompanied the transfer, as required by law. I don't recommend this agency, which scoffs at the principles of respect, honesty and basic education.
