Ve la consiglio ? Serious and reliable agency, after having spent months looking for an apartment in vain I decided to rely on an agency of professionals in the sector that helped me quickly find what I was looking for, for the service they offer .. they are definitely cheap. I recommend it ?

Most of the online announcements weren't updated, most of them are not available anymore. In the end you pay a very high price and what you get is a list of outdated numbers mostly. They refuse to cancel and return the value at all costs. They are not transparent at all on what they'll deliver. I feel scammed. Overall I found them deeply unprofessional and I would recommend you are better off NOT using their services. Ho avuto una terribile esperienza con Affito Privato. La maggior parte dei numeri che mi sono stati inviati non erano aggiornati. La maggior parte degli annunci online non erano aggiornati, quasi tutti non erano più disponibili. Alla fine paghi un prezzo troppo alto e quello che ottieni è una lista di numeri per lo più obsoleti. Si rifiutano di annullare e restituire il valore a tutti i costi. Non sono affatto trasparenti su ciò che consegneranno. mi sento truffato. Nel tutto, li ho trovati profondamente poco professionali e consiglierei che è meglio NON usare i loro servizi. Bad experience, they take 250 euros, and they send you only Tuesdays and Fridays no tel of apartments beyond the budget requested by me, during the week they never make themselves heard, I do not recommend it .... real estate agencies even if they cost a a little more are reliable ...
L	Lorenzo D'Amico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pagato 250 euro per Il servizio, poi una volta che mi hanno dato il numero del proprietario, mi sento dire da quest'ultimo che la stanza era già stata affittata da 2 settimane, ci sono annunci di appartamenti che in realtà sono già occupati, se poi cercate di contattare il direttore vi diranno che sarete contattati in giornata ma nessuno vi chiamerà, in conclusione vi sconsiglio vivamente questa "agenzia" fate da soli o rivolgetevi a un'agenzia seria perché qua siamo ai limiti della truffa. I paid 250 euros for the service, then once they gave me the owner's number, I hear from him that the room had already been rented for 2 weeks, there are ads for apartments that are actually already occupied, then if you try to contact the director they will tell you that you will be contacted within the day but no one will call you, in conclusion I strongly advise against this "agency" do it yourself or contact a serious agency because here we are on the verge of scam.

Non rispettano le richieste del cliente, non seguono il cliente, non forniscono neanche una documentazione utile tramite informazioni o foto, addirittura inviano uno screen di un file word semplicissimo con solo via e numero di telefono. Avrei da elencare tantissime altri disservizi che offrono, di servizi utili zero. PESSIMI! 250 euros thrown away. They do not respect the customer's requests, they do not follow the customer, they do not even provide useful documentation through information or photos, they even send a screen of a very simple word file with only street and telephone number. I would have to list many other disservices they offer, zero useful services. BAD!

Poco seri, non presenti: spacciando case e la maggior parte delle volte non sanno nemmeno dov'è la casa e non hanno un accordo chiaro con i proprietari. Io personalmente non li consiglio! Per fortuna il servizio cosa poco, ma in ogni caso preferivo spendere i soldi altrove! Terrible experience, unfortunately it is a hoax. Not serious, not present: selling houses and most of the time they don't even know where the house is and they don't have a clear agreement with the owners. I personally don't recommend them! Fortunately, the service is not very expensive, but in any case I preferred to spend the money elsewhere!
F	Federico Murgante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensando di risparmiare mi sono rivolto ad affitto privato. Si sono presi 250€ e non hanno fatto assolutamente nulla per trovarmi una casa in affitto. Mi hanno mandato 2 volte a settimana numeri di telefono di vari proprietari di case molto distanti dalla zona in cui stavo cercando. Spesso per le case che propongono sono presenti annunci messi dai proprietari su altre piattaforme e per questo, secondo me, affitto privato non fornisce le foto degli appartamenti e neanche l'indirizzo esatto. Alla fine l'appartamento me lo sono trovato da solo. AI LIMITI DELLA TRUFFA Thinking of saving, I turned to private rent. They took € 250 and did absolutely nothing to find me a house to rent. They sent me 2 times a week phone numbers of various homeowners far away from the area I was looking for. Often for the houses they offer there are ads placed by the owners on other platforms and for this reason, in my opinion, private rental does not provide photos of the apartments or even the exact address. In the end, I found the apartment by myself. TO THE LIMITS OF THE SCAM
