Dabei sind wir dann Gottseidank im Herbst 2017 auf Alessandra Frigeri von Equipe Immobiliare gestoßen. Sie spricht nicht nur perfekt Deutsch, sondern verstand es auch, unsere Bedürfnisse mit den Rahmenbedingungen in Triest abzustimmen. Dank ihrer Hinweise und Empfehlungen konnten wir relativ rasch herausfiltern, welcher Wohnungstyp in welcher Stadtlage für uns am besten in Frage kommt und waren schon nach wenigen Wochen der Suche am Ziel. Die gesamte Abwicklung funktionierte dann auch völlig reibungslos. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Alessandra dafür dass sie uns zu unserer Traumwohnung in unsere italienischen Lieblingsstadt verholfen hat. Als Immobilienmakler aus Österreich kann ich nur jedem Wohnungssuchenden von einer Privatsuche abraten: es sind zu viele Rahmenbedingungen, die völlig anders sind als in Österreich und man kann hier nur Fehler machen wenn man sich nicht professioneller Hilfe bedient; insbesonders auch dann, wenn man glaubt, sich in der Immobilienbranche aus zu kennen und versucht Parallelen herzustellen. We started looking for an apartment in Trieste about a year ago. Thank God we came across Alessandra Frigeri from Equipe Immobiliare in autumn 2017. She not only speaks perfect German, but also knew how to coordinate our needs with the general conditions in Trieste. Thanks to their tips and recommendations, we were able to filter out which apartment type in which city location is best for us and were there after just a few weeks of searching. The entire process then worked smoothly. We would like to thank Alessandra for helping us to our dream apartment in our favorite Italian city. As a real estate agent from Austria, I can only advise anyone looking for a flat from a private search: there are too many framework conditions that are completely different than in Austria and you can only make mistakes here if you do not use professional help; especially when you think you know your way around the real estate industry and try to create parallels.

Nulla toglie ad altre agenzie che come loro metto al centro solo l'interesse proprio senza informare con trasparenza l'interessato acquirente. Situazione chiaramente pilotata. Faccio nota alla mia esperienza: Io abitando all'estero ho dovuto tenere contatti solo telefoni e per i e-mail. Pronta a fare la proposta mi dicono di aspettare il titolare (palese presa di tempo) per poi arrivare dopo le feste direttamente in ufficio e comunicarmi che la trattativa era stata chiusa prima delle fine d'anno ed è stata accettata. Complimenti per il rispetto e per il tempo delle persone! Unfortunately, to say the least embarrassing, the negotiation made with the Equipe agency. Nothing takes away from other agencies that, like them, focus only on their own interests without transparently informing the interested buyer. Clearly controlled situation. I note my experience: As I live abroad, I had to keep in touch only for telephones and for e-mails. Ready to make the proposal, they tell me to wait for the owner (evidently taking time) and then arrive after the holidays directly in the office and inform me that the deal had been closed before the end of the year and was accepted. Congratulations for the respect and for the time of the people!
