Noi cercavamo di vendere la nostra casa con più agenzie per alcuni anni, poi verso la fine dell'anno scorso ci siamo messi per caso in contatto con REMAX e praticamente nell'arco di due mesi siamo riusciti a venderla molto bene. Tutto questo grazie all'entusiasmo e il grande impegno di Andrea. Tra l’altro ritengo che il concetto di Open House sia molto efficiente. Visto che con l'aiuto di REMAX stiamo anche acquistando una casa dove la bravura ed impegno dell'agenzia è ancora più importante, siamo stati seguiti adeguatamente da Andrea anche per i preparativi per i due rogiti. Resta ancora il rogito di acquisto e speriamo che Andrea con il suo grande entusiasmo e la competenza ci assista a chiudere con successo queste operazioni assai complesse.
My experience with agent Andrea Badin is more than positive. We were trying to sell our house with multiple agencies for a few years, then towards the end of last year we got in touch with REMAX by chance and practically within two months we managed to sell it very well. All this thanks to Andrea's enthusiasm and great commitment. Among other things, I believe that the Open House concept is very efficient. Since with the help of REMAX we are also buying a house where the skill and commitment of the agency is even more important, we have been adequately followed by Andrea also for the preparations for the two deeds. The deed of purchase still remains and we hope that Andrea with his great enthusiasm and competence will assist us in successfully closing these very complex operations.
