Ci presentiamo alle 9.30, appeso alla vetrina c’è un cartello con scritto sabato pomeriggio chiuso (quindi mattina aperto), nessuno apre alchè telefoniamo e con estrema maleducazione ci viene detto “è chiuso mi dispiace, arrivederci” chiudendoci il telefono in faccia senza dare la possibilità di dire “a” (magari fissare un appuntamento un altro giorno....). La titolare senza nemmeno aver ricambiato il buongiorno, mi ha praticamente sbattuto la porta in faccia. Ero andato di persona per prendere un appuntato e non mi è stato dato senza alcuna spiegazione. Atteggiamento scortese e assenza totale di attitudine alle relazioni col pubblico.
