Posto pulito e dinamico. Personale molto cordiale e, considerata l'esperienza, anche paziente. Alla fine se vedete la foto gatta nervosa pettinata con successo anche se inizialmente pareva una mission impossible. Prezzo onestissimo! JJ meno contenta, ma liberata da tutto quel pelo in eccesso sta meglio. Padrona sollevata ? Grazie mille ? Dear! My unsociable and elderly long-haired cat needed a nice comb, the first of her life. Io ho speso 40€ per la toelettatura completa antiparassitaria e mi sembra anche poco per tutto il lavoro e la qualità data. Stra consiglio, non vi deluderà!!! I found the job flawless. Lei ama divertirsi, rotolarsi nelle foglie, scavare e io glielo lascio fare tranquillamente. Questo però le fa accumulare un sacco di sporcizia, spine e nodi. Non ero mai andata da loro non essendo di Trieste e ho deciso di fidarmi delle recensioni trovate. Scelta azzeccatissima. Raramente mi capitato di trovare toelettatori così gentili, che si approcciassero al cane diventandoci prima amici. Il mio cane non si fida quasi di nessuno, tutte le volte che l'ho portata da toelettatori piangeva e ululava per tutto il tempo e non vedeva l'ora di andare via. Qui invece mi hanno detto che è stata tranquilla e quando sono andata a prenderla era felice e per nulla stressata. Avendo io stessa chiesto di fare un taglio molto corto e "comodo" perché mi interessa più il divertimento del mio cane che i concorsi, non posso giudicare sulla toelettatura "classica" da cocker. Ma il lavoro che è stato fatto è esattamente quello che pensavo. Altro elemento per me fondamentale, sono stati iper professionali. Non hanno puntato il dito per le condizioni in cui hanno trovato il cane (anche se erano dettate da una passeggiata nei boschi un po' sfortunata, non perché amo avere il mio cane con nodi e sporcizia), anzi hanno mostrato un sacco di disponibilità ed estrema gentilezza nei miei confronti. Ci tornerò sicuramente. I brought my 4 year old cockerina with her fur in really bad condition. She loves to have fun, roll in the leaves, dig and I let her do it quietly. However, this causes them to accumulate a lot of dirt, thorns and knots. I had never gone to them since I was not from Trieste and I decided to trust the reviews found. Perfect choice. Rarely have I found such kind groomers who approached the dog and first became friends with it. My dog hardly trusts anyone, whenever I took her to groomers she was crying and howling all the time and couldn't wait to leave. Here instead they told me that she was calm and when I went to get her she was happy and not stressed at all. Having asked for a very short and "comfortable" cut myself because I care more about my dog's fun than competitions, I can't judge about "classic" cocker grooming. But the work that has been done is exactly what I thought. Another fundamental element for me, they were hyper professional. They did not point the finger for the conditions in which they found the dog (even if it was dictated by a walk in the woods a bit unfortunate, not because I love having my dog with knots and dirt), on the contrary they showed a lot of availability and extreme kindness towards me. I will definitely be back.
