conto che costa come se fossi una srl (3 euro mese più si paga qualsiasi cosa), a parte le ragazze sportello il resto del personale scorbutico e poco disponibile.
Ho avuto un buon rapporto, specialmente all'inizio, solo con le ragazze allo sportello. Molto meno e sempre meno con la banca che è stata sempre meno attenta e disponibile, ricapitolando nell'ultimo anno: a voce 1) "certo signor fontana, può mettere in pausa il mutuo per sei mesi causa COVID senza interessi, oppure un anno con interessi" "no mi va bene 6 mesi" 2) finiti i sei mesi "possiamo spostare di un altro anno ma poi paga interessi" "no va bene ricominciare con rata vecchia"
Risultato differente rispetto a quello pattuito:
- "mi spiace ricomincia adesso con interessi in più, ci siamo sbagliati (ecco la pezza d'appoggio che ci giustifica)"
- cambio banca, spostando domiciliazione mutuo
- altro aumento rata
= 10 euro in più a rata, per più di 15 anni ancora

I had a good relationship, especially in the beginning, only with the girls at the counter. Different result than the one agreed:
- "I'm sorry, start again now with more interests, we were wrong (here is the supporting document that justifies us)"
- bank change, moving mortgage domiciliation
- another installment increase
= 10 euros more per installment, for more than 15 years yet
