L'operatrice di cassa si rifiuta di dare un appuntamento ed aggiunge "aspetti ed abbi pazienza" .Costretto a prenotare presso un altra filiale. Visto un precedente commento capisco che la persona è la stessa! FYI: la mia operazione è conforme al loro "Avviso". Lack of professionalism and little collaboration (to say the least) in this branch. The cashier refuses to make an appointment and adds "wait and be patient". Forced to book at another branch. Seen a previous comment I understand that the person is the same! FYI: My operation complies with their "Notice".
