Inizio con il fire che il numero da chiamare della findomestic è a pagamento e per far si che qualche operatore risponda passano interminabili minuti; quando finalmente qualcuno si libera e spieghi le tue esigenze ecco che inizia un nuovo inferno tra i vari operatori che si passano la patata bollente a vicinda.
Decido quindi di fare la richiesta prestito on line e mi trovo a combattere con una tragila mostrusa e per nulla senplice di moduli da compilare scaricare e caricare
Alla fine mi viene rifiutata la richiesta e desidero ricevere spiegazioni in merito
Richiamo quindi il centralino che sgarbatamente mi informa che non sono tenuti a darmi spiegazioni
In sintesi esperienza negativissima addetti al call center veramente sgorbutici e impreparati nel loro ruolo

Then call the switchboard that rudely informs me that they are not required to give me explanations
In short, very negative experience in call centers really gibberish and unprepared in their role
Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non risponde nessuno... É sabato mattina e secondo l orario di apertura pubblicato dovrebbero esserci. Se è chiuso al sabato sarebbe utile cambiare gli orari sul vostro sito!!!! O mettere un messaggio vocale di informazione. Inoltre scrivete che al sabato è aperto dalle 9 alle 00:30!!!!
No one answers ... It's Saturday morning and according to the published opening hours there should be. If it is closed on Saturday it would be useful to change the times on your site !!!! Or put a voice message of information. Also write that on Saturday it is open from 9 to 00:30 !!!!
