Complimenti vedo che continuate a considerare le persone come numeri e nulla più.
Persone che non solo sono competenti e sempre disponibili, ma anche donano a noi clienti quel contatto umano, che a mio avviso propio in questo brutto periodo, non è cosa da poco.
Io non faccio i miei acquisti per fedeltà al vostro marchio ma per come mi trovo, oramai mi "trovavo", nel vostro negozio.
Rimane soltanto Carla, a questo punto aspetto che qualche responsabile mandi a casa anche lei un tanto per dimostrare la vostra incompetenza e la totale noncuranza nei confronti di noi clienti.
Bravi complimenti e ricordatevi che negozi che vendono prodotti per i nostri amici animali c'è ne sono un infinità.

Congratulations I see that you continue to consider people as numbers and nothing more.
People who are not only competent and always available, but also give us customers that human contact, which in my opinion in this bad period is not a trivial matter.
I don't make my purchases out of loyalty to your brand but because of how I am, I was now "found" in your shop.
Only Carla remains, at this point I am waiting for some manager to send her home too a lot to demonstrate your incompetence and total neglect towards us customers.
Congratulations and remember that there are countless shops that sell products for our animal friends.
