G	Gianni Masi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non do nessuna stella perché non c'è motivo che questa struttura rimanga aperta, stanza con muffa sulle pareti della camera e nel bagno, asciugamani non cambiati e camere non rifatte (loro dicono per pandemia) colazione con paste e crostate quasi congelate e freddo in tutti i luoghi, prezzo troppo alto per questa struttura, se così si può chiamare, non ci torneremo mai più e lo sconsigleremo pure I do not give any stars because there is no reason for this structure to remain open, room with mold on the walls of the room and in the bathroom, towels not changed and rooms not redone (they say for pandemic) breakfast with almost frozen pastries and pies and cold in all places, price too high for this structure, if you can call it that, we will never go back and we will advise against it as well

Buona e variata la colazione. Da ritornarci. Weekend at the hotel. We were satisfied. The owner very kind and helpful, comfortable and clean rooms. Good and varied breakfast. To go back.

Abbiamo chiamato ieri alle 18 per prenotare una camera familiare,il bonifico è stato fatto questa mattina alle 10 e guarda caso ricevo una chiamata dove il titolare con tono arrogante ci dice che avrebbe dato via la camera e così è stato! Ho letto anche le altre recensioni e i clienti o comunque la maggior parte non sembrano rimasti soddisfatti. Non lo consiglio a nessuno perché penso nessuno abbia voglia di farsi trattare male o di soggiornare in un posto dove la maleducazione regna sovrana! Abbiamo prenotato in un altro hotel dove sono stati molto gentili,disponibili e non ci hanno chiesto nessuna garanzia! Shameful the rudeness of the owner! We called yesterday at 6 pm to book a family room, the transfer was made this morning at 10 and coincidentally I get a call where the owner with an arrogant tone tells us that he would have given away the room and he did! I have also read the other reviews and the customers or most of them do not seem satisfied. I do not recommend it to anyone because I think no one wants to be treated badly or to stay in a place where rudeness reigns supreme! We booked in another hotel where they were very kind, helpful and didn't ask for any guarantees!

F	Francesca Matteini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a night at the hotel and it was very good. They can drive you to the ski tracks and both dinner and breakfast are huge and good to eat. We enjoyed both the hotel itself and the nice village of Fiumalbo! Lovely experience!
