La struttura è curata e arredata con gusto, sia all'interno che negli spazi comuni. The managers are very welcoming and helpful people. They create an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The structure is cared for and tastefully furnished, both inside and in the common areas.

L'accoglienza è stata straordinaria così come la disponibilità e l'estrema gentilezza del proprietario e di tutto il personale. Ottima la colazione servita in un'accogliente sala con il camino acceso. I monolocali sono attrezzati con tutto il necessario. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi! We were lucky enough to spend a wonderful weekend at the margherita residence. The welcome was extraordinary as well as the availability and extreme kindness of the owner and all the staff. Excellent breakfast served in a cozy room with a lit fireplace. The studios are equipped with everything you need. We will definitely come back to visit you!

La pulizia è eccellente, l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort indispensabili. Al bar dall'atmosfera calda e accogliente si può concedersi una colazione speciale o una pausa rillassante anche all'aperto sulla terrazza. Il piccolo parco giochi con la pista per le macchinine incanterà i vostri piccoli! A magical and surprising place, where you are greeted affectionately and with care. The view of the mountains from the living room is splendid and relaxing. The cleanliness is excellent, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts. At the bar with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, you can enjoy a special breakfast or a relaxing break even outdoors on the terrace. The small playground with the track for the cars will enchant your little ones!

Un posto adatto alle famiglie, logisticamente abbastanza vicino alle piste, ideale se cerchi tranquillità e cordialità. I bambini davvero messi al centro. Colazione buona, peccato non abbiano ancora il buffet. I prezzi sono onesti. Chiedete di assaggiare il "Laurino", merita!! Enchanting place where you are greeted with a kindness that seems to come from another world. A place suitable for families, logistically close enough to the slopes, ideal if you are looking for tranquility and friendliness. Children really put themselves at the center. Good breakfast, too bad they don't have the buffet yet. Prices are fair. Ask to taste the "Laurino", it deserves !!

La cortesia del personale e la cura per il cliente sono incommensurabili. Ottima la colazione e le camere comodissime. Consigliatissimo anche per i bambini, che potranno godere di una meravigliosa sala giochi tutta per loro. Non esitate a prenotare! A beautiful residence in a great location. 1 minute from the Montecreto lifts and 25 minutes by car from the Passo del Lupo lifts. The courtesy of the staff and the care for the customer are immeasurable. Excellent breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Also highly recommended for children, who will be able to enjoy a wonderful games room just for them. Don't hesitate to book!
