L'aiuto che hanno deciso di darmi infatti, invece che fissare un appuntamento, è stato consigliarmi di guardare il sito... se almeno fosse aggiornato... Grazie ai titolari per aver agevolato l'esperienza (o il tentativo di averne una) del primo acquisto a una giovane ragazza! Peccato che la "signora" non si sia neanche presentata e mi avrebbe richiesto l'invio delle chiavi per posta senza volermi fornire una copia della sua carta d'identità. Voi consegnereste ad una persona sconosciuta le chiavi del vostro immobile a chi non vuole rilasciare le proprie credenziali ma richiede una copia della carta d'identità? A queste condizioni anche no grazie, sono invalido con deambulatore, il mio problema maggiore è spostarmi ma questa è la professionalità dimostrata e l'aiuto ricevuto. Ci sono ditte che si lamentano che c'è crisi e non si guadagna ma di fronte ad un guadagno del 3% su un'immobile di 189 mq vedere tale comportamento sembra che cerchino il fallimento. È chiaro che non hanno bisogno dei miei soldi. C'è chi arrivato sul fondo del barile inizia a scavare, eccone un fulgido esempio, spero non accada ma quasi è meglio se ditte del genere non offrano i loro servizi. Antonietta ci ha fatto vedere e rivedere (prima io da solo, poi con moglie e nipotini) tre soluzioni come da nostre esigenze e alla fine abbiamo poi scelto un bellissimo appartamento grezzo in un blocco di sole quattro unità. Antonietta ci ha poi suggerito/trovato una impresa edile del posto per fare tute le opere di finitura; siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di tutti i lavori eseguiti: muratori, elettricista, idraulico, intonacatori, posatore pavimenti e imbianchino. Siamo stati consigliati e seguiti anche per gli atti notarili e infine che dire ... grazie Antonietta per la disponibilità e per la simpatia!
