L’appartamento che ci hanno procurato non era stato pulito ed era pieno di insetti, nonostante nel contratto firmato un mese prima era riportato che sarebbero state fatte le pulizie prima del ns ingresso.
Unkind staff in the face of some complaints. They have not proven willing to listen. The apartment they provided for us had not been cleaned and was full of insects, although in the contract signed a month earlier it was reported that the cleaning would be done before our entrance.
