Personale gentilissimo siamo state coccolate dal loro calore e professionalità. Ritorneremo sicuramente anche in estate. We spent 2 days of enchantment in a beautiful clean comfortable warm chalet. Very kind staff we were pampered by their warmth and professionalism. We will definitely be returning again in the summer.

Buono il ristorante al Riccio d'oro, all'interno del campeggio. Bella esperienza! Nice campsite in an excellent position, between the center of Montecreto and the woods of the Apennines. Well organized, beautiful and comfortable chalets. The restaurant at Riccio d'oro is good, inside the campsite. Good experience!
A	Anto D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse da un camping 4 stelle ci si aspetta il massimo e se le aspettative vengono deluse poi ci si rimane male... Chiediamo info sul camper service e ci rispondono che 1- per il carico vediamo domani perché stanotte ha gelato 2- non ci sono griglie per le acque grigie 3- per le acque nere bisogna salire fin sopra dove ci sono i bagni (tutto molto pulito ma scomodo passeggiare per il campeggio e salire le scalette con la cassetta piena) Chiediamo i gettoni per la lava asciuga e ci dicono che le lavatrici sono 2 e sono funzionanti ma l'asciugatrice è guasta da 20 anni... al che ho rinunciato ... Chiediamo a che ora apre il bar per prendere un caffè e una brioche e ci rispondono che il bar non apre prima delle 10.30 (poi dicono che i camperisti non consumano sul posto perché portano tutto da casa) Peccato!!! Spero siano solo inconvenienti del periodo visto che si è appena conclusa la stagione sciistica e quella estiva deve ancora iniziare... ma questa è la settimana di Pasqua... Perhaps the best is expected from a 4-star campsite and if expectations are disappointed then you feel bad ... We ask for info on the camper service and they tell us that 1- for the load we see tomorrow because tonight it has ice cream 2- there are no grids for gray water 3- for the black waters you have to go up to where there are the bathrooms (all very clean but uncomfortable to walk around the campsite and climb the stairs with a full box) We ask for the tokens for the washer dryer and they tell us that there are 2 washing machines and they are working but the dryer has been out of order for 20 years ... which I gave up ... We ask what time the bar opens to have a coffee and a croissant and they reply that the bar does not open before 10.30 (then they say that campers do not consume on the spot because they bring everything from home) Sin!!! I hope these are only inconveniences of the period since the ski season has just ended and the summer one has yet to begin ... but this is Easter week ...
a	anna ferrari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend in una delle due magnifiche botti, è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa da ripetere assolutamente, molto accogliente rifinita bene e curata nei minimi dettagli, il posto ideale per chi vuole staccare la spina dal caos quotidiano e rilassarsi immersi nella natura. Aggiungo... Personale molto accogliente e simpatici. My husband and I spent a beautiful weekend in one of the two magnificent barrels, it was a wonderful experience to be repeated absolutely, very welcoming, well finished and treated in detail, the ideal place for those who want to disconnect from the daily chaos and relax surrounded by nature. I add ... Very welcoming and nice staff.
