★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace scriverlo ma è stata un'esperienza un po' deludente. La camera era carina e anche il bagno, peccato per il rumore tremendo di una caldaia o qualcosa di simile che partiva di continuo anche durante la notte impedendoci di dormire. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa ma non ci è stata proposta altra soluzione.
Colazione sufficiente anche se alle 9 alcune cose iniziavano già a scarseggiare.
Come hanno scritto altri, il vialetto del parcheggio dovrebbe esser tenuto pulito dalla neve perché fare manovra in salita su neve e ghiaccio può non essere semplice.
Non abbiamo provato la SPA perché la bambina non poteva accedervi.
Positiva invece l'area giochi per i bambini che a mio giudizio dovrebbe esserci in tutti gli hotel di un certo livello.
Personale molto gentile.
Ultima nota, siamo dovuti partire un giorno prima in quanto ci è stato comunicato che la classe di nostra figlia era stata messa in quarantena e mi sarei aspettato una proposta di sconto o di un buono visto che non abbiamo usufruito di una notte + colazione, invece nulla.
Comunque in genere è un buon hotel a cui basterebbe solo qualche attenzione in più per essere un ottimo hotel. Il prezzo da noi pagato di oltre 200€/notte a mio giudizio non è giustificato.
 I'm sorry to write it but it was a bit 'disappointing experience. The room was pretty and even the bathroom, pity about the tremendous noise of a boiler or something like that started continually throughout the night keeping us from sleeping. We mentioned this but there was not proposed another solution.
Breakfast sufficient although at 9 some things already beginning to run low.
As others have written, the parking driveway should be kept clean from snow that make up maneuver on snow and ice can not be simple.
We did not try the SPA because the child could not access it.
Positive rather play area for children which in my opinion should be in all hotels a certain level.
Very nice staff.
Last note, we had to leave a day early because we were informed that our daughter's class had been quarantined and I would expect a proposal for a discount or a good one since it did not use a night with breakfast instead nothing.
However, it is generally a good hotel where it would be enough just some more attention to be a great hotel. The price we paid 200 € / night in my opinion is not justified.
