Posso capire che una persona sia impegnata, in quel caso non c'è nulla di male nel chiedere di telefonare più tardi o farsi lasciare il numero per richiamare, come hanno fatto alcuni suoi concorrenti. Ovviamente non mi servirò qui.
I phoned for pricing and was treated like I was bothering and asking a silly question. I can understand that a person is busy, in that case there is nothing wrong with asking to call later or having the number left to call back, as some of his competitors have done. Obviously I won't need it here.
