Ovviamente un pomeriggio ha deciso di abbandonarmi ed ho cercato un centro assistenza nei pressi dell'abitazione delle amiche che mi stavano ospitando. Ho trovato professionalità, educazione, tempismo e prezzi più che onesti e in 48 ore ho il mio portatile funzionante. RACCOMANDATISSIMO!
I was in transit a few days ago in Palermo (for a shelter of a relative) and I brought my laptop with me to work in the dead times. Obviously one afternoon he decided to abandon me and I looked for an assistance center near the house of the friends that were hosting me. Si è rotto lo schermo di un mio portatile e mi sono rivolto a HNG quasi d'urgenza. La sostituzione, perfetta, è avvenuta in pochissimo tempo, economica e ha qualitativamente migliorato lo schermo (da LCD sono passato ad un LED). Diventerà sicuramente il mio tecnico di fiducia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto una semplice formattazione di un PC senza backup dei miei dati, mi e' stato detto consegna dopo 24 giorni ... ma se pagavo una maggiorazione del 50 per cento lo avrebbe consegnato in un giorno. Totale mi ha chiesto 65 euro. Per fortuna sono andato da pc service di via Catania, con 35 euro ho risolto tutto.
I asked for a simple format of a PC with no backup of my data, I was told delivery after 24 days ... but if I paid a 50 percent surcharge he would have it delivered in one day. Total asked me 65 euros. Luckily I went to pc service in via Catania, with 35 euros I solved everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giulio si e` distinto per la massima onesta` e professionalita`. Si erano rotte le cerniere del mio pc portatile, mentre a Milano mi dicevano che avrei dovuto sostituire l'intero pezzo, Giulio ha risolto il problema in poco tempo e con poco aggiustando il pc in ben che non si dica!
Consiglio a tutti il suo centro HNG, ne rimarrete soddisfatti!
