Sono esterrefatto e mi sento truffato. I went to this store to buy a power adapter for my Acer Aspire PC and it sold me € 59 without the plug cable which cost an additional € 8 I later saw adapters from € 16 on AMAZON to a maximum of € 25 including cable. I am amazed and I feel cheated.

Ho spiegato che il sistema operativo non carica dopo aver riavviato il pc per un'installazione di un aggiornamento di windows. Lo tengono loro per circa 4 gg e mi contattano dicendo che dopo vari tentativi (di non so cosa) hanno scoperto un problema al chipset della scheda madre, costo riparazione 440 e 60 di manodopera. Mi reco per ritirare il mio pc praticamente morto, e ho tentato il tutto per tutto: ho resettato il pc tramite diagnostica. Come per magia il pc ha ripreso a funzionare, sto scrivendo dal pc adesso. Io che non ne capisco nulla ho risolto e loro hanno trovato un problema alla scheda madre. Come fanno a dire che è un problema alla scheda madre se neanche hanno tentato un ripristino? Mistero! vi Avrei pagato la manodopera del reset di fabbrica eh, non rubo mica... I took my pc for repair. Very friendly but lack of preparation I guess. I explained that the operating system does not load after restarting the pc for a windows update installation. They keep it for about 4 days and contact me saying that after several attempts (I don't know what) they discovered a problem with the motherboard chipset, cost of repair 440 and 60 of labor. I go to pick up my practically dead pc, and I tried everything: I reset the pc through diagnostics. As if by magic the pc started working again, I'm writing from the pc now. I, who do not understand anything, have solved it and they have found a problem with the motherboard. How do they know it's a motherboard problem if they haven't even attempted a reset? Mystery!
