Non ho molta dimestichezza con il mondo dell'informatica ma grazie a loro sono certa di aver fatto un buon affare. Un altro punto forte è la disponibilità e bravura di Angela ,alla cassa,per impacchettare gli acquisti- regalo.
 All the guys were very kind and willing to reassure my concerns. I am not very familiar with the world of information technology but thanks to them I am sure I have made a good deal. Another strong point is the availability and skill of Angela, at the checkout, to package the gift-purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente ordine e chiarezza tra gli scaffali. Il negozio non è particolarmente grande quindi la selezione dei prodotti è certamente ridotta rispetto altri negozi di elettronica. Il personale, almeno nel giorno in cui sono stato io, è numeroso e disponibile...non abbiamo attesa per chiedere informazioni sul prodotto di nostro interesse. Scarso il settore dedicato alle console di gioco, buono quello PC e piccoli elettrodomestici; sicuramente ho visto più scelte le TV ed i grandi elettrodomestici.
Certainly order and clarity between the shelves. The store is not particularly large so the product selection is certainly smaller than other electronics stores. The staff, at least on the day I was there, is numerous and helpful ... we have no waiting to ask for information on the product of our interest. The sector dedicated to game consoles is scarce, the PC and small household appliances sector is good; I have certainly seen more choices in TVs and large appliances.

In negozio ho trovato un personale cortese e professionale, vicino alle esigenze del cliente con ottima assistenza post vendita (più importante del prodotto stesso) sopratutto da parte del Sig. Salvo e della Sig.ra Gloria che si sono attivati per risolvere positivamente un inconveniente il cui esito non era affatto certo.
Consiglierò sicuramente questo punto vendita.
I recently bought a washing machine that was delivered very quickly. In the shop I found a courteous and professional staff, close to the customer's needs with excellent after-sales assistance (more important than the product itself) especially by Mr. Salvo and Mrs. Gloria who have taken steps to positively solve a problem. whose outcome was by no means certain.
I will definitely recommend this point of sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing shopping experience! I went in completely lost since I had to purchase several appliances, thus needed a lot of guidance! They were so incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to answer every single question I had and trust me, I had a lot of questions! Gloria was so incredibly sweet and funny, she was with me for such a long time and never made me feel rushed. I loved her!!! Then, there was Luigi, who was also so incredibly patient and helpful, what a sweetheart! The other gentleman in TV section who helped, I believe is named Dario and he was also very friendly and answered my questions. All of them went out of their way to help me. As an American in Italy, it can be challenging to make large purchases without having a clue on brands, prices, etc, but if you go to Cascino, you will leave feeling confident and great about your purchase. I trust them 100% and that says a lot. I HIGHLY recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge store, complete selection of home electronics from computers to refrigerators, 10 guys in orange shirts, only Manfredi could make the actual sale! Brilliant sales person! He also knew more about how and why my App on my Samsung android phone was not working properly, whereas the actual Samsung store had no clue- only a lame dismissive brushoff.
