All’apparenza massima disponibilità, non appena si è presentato il primo problema c’è stata una chiusura totale.
Mi sono affidata a loro ed ho ricevuto a casa un oggetto non funzionante. Ho richiesto loro assistenza, ma mi è stata negata, insistendomi nel dire che l’oggetto era perfettamente funzionante e conforme e che si fosse rotto solo a causa mia. In tutto ciò, era stato specificato che in caso di malfunzionamento dell’oggetto si sarebbe potuto chiedere il rimborso. Niente da fare.
Totale perdita di tempo, denaro e fiducia.
Da parte mia non ci sarà mai piu un acquisto presso di loro.
I was really disappointed.
Apparently maximum availability, as soon as the first problem arose there was a total closure.
I trusted them and I received a non-working item at home. I asked for their assistance, but it was denied me, insisting that the object was fully functional and compliant and that it broke only because of me. In all this, it was specified that in the event of malfunction of the object, a refund could be requested. No way.
Total waste of time, money and trust.
For my part there will never be a purchase from them again.

Ho portato a riparare il mio portatile che aveva subito la terza guerra mondiale (figlio adolescente) e sono stati chiari sulle possibilità, probabilità di riuscita e preventivo.
Alla consegna hanno subito verificato che fossi titolata al ritiro visto che la consegna fosse stata fatta dal mio compagno.
Alla consegna mi è stato spiegato passo per passo il dettaglio dell'intervento, tutto nero su bianco.
Rispetto delle norme anti covid.
La mia esperienza è sicuramente positiva.

Upon delivery, they immediately checked that I was entitled to pick up since the delivery had been made by my partner.
Upon delivery, the detail of the intervention was explained to me step by step, all in black and white.
Compliance with anti covid rules.
My experience is certainly positive.

Rispetto agli altri centri di assistenza, hanno un pregio non indifferente, cioè si mettono a disposizione del cliente con molta empatia e cordialità. Infatti non ho notato alcun tipo di presunzione e saccenteria che spesso purtroppo è una caratteristica dei centri di assistenza della città, fatta eccezione per qualcuno, tipo ad esempio Pianeta PC. Mi sono sembrati molto professionali ed attenti alle richieste del cliente. Spero che lavorino bene e risolvano il problema. Le premesse sembrano esserci.
I delivered the pc today for a no video signal problem. Compared to other assistance centers, they have a considerable value, that is, they make themselves available to the customer with a lot of empathy and cordiality. In fact, I have not noticed any kind of presumption and saccenteria which unfortunately is often a characteristic of the assistance centers of the city, except for someone, such as Planet PC. They seemed very professional and attentive to customer requests. I hope they work well and solve the problem. The premises seem to be there.
