★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia soundbar Sony perché non funzionava più; compilo la scheda (lasciando 20€ per non si sa bene quale cauzione...) e la lascio credendo sia in buone mani. Se la tengono 4 SETTIMANE senza mai informarmi su aggiornamenti sulla lavorazione eventuale. Venerdì li chiamo IO per l’ennesima volta e mi dicono che non si può riparare perché non esistono più i pezzi. Oggi me la riprendo, cambio la pila del telecomando e la sound bar funziona perfettamente!!
Questa è l’INEFFICIENZA di questi tecnici su un marchio prestigioso come Sony!!
Morale della favola: si sono tenuti 20€ per fa fare una bella vacanza alla MIA soundbar...
I brought my Sony soundbar because it didn't work anymore; I fill out the form (leaving € 20 for not sure what security deposit ...) and leave it believing it is in good hands. They hold it 4 WEEKS without ever informing me about updates on the possible processing. On Friday I call them IO for the umpteenth time and they tell me that it cannot be repaired because the pieces no longer exist. Today I take it back, change the remote control battery and the sound bar works perfectly !!
This is the INFFICIENCY of these technicians on a prestigious brand like Sony !!
Moral of the story: € 20 was held for a nice vacation at the MIA soundbar ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E un laboratorio che non trovi facilmente perché è dentro un residence, e un locale molto piccolo e molto confusionale con tutto cose a terra. Il personale e molto gentile e disponibile . Trovi anche delle vetrine con prodotti nuovi e a basso prezzo
It is a laboratory that you cannot find easily because it is inside a residence, and a very small and very confusing room with everything on the ground. The staff is very nice and helpful. You can also find showcases with new and low-priced products
