★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sulla professionalità e celerità del servizio, ma il signore che mi ha consegnato la TV riparata è stato scortese voltandomi le spalle e andandosene quando io stavo chiedendo spiegazioni sul fatto che mi sia stato consegnato il nuovo alimentatore senza cavetto
dicendomi di rivolgermi a LG direttamente. Poi improvvisamente mi scrivono di tornare che mi avrebbero dato il cavo. Incredibile. Non si trattano così i clienti.
Nothing to say about the professionalism and speed of the service, but the gentleman who delivered the repaired TV to me was rude by turning his back on me and leaving when I was asking for an explanation as to whether the new cordless power supply was delivered to me
telling me to contact LG directly. Then suddenly they write to me to come back that they would give me the cable. Incredible. You don't treat customers like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un Sintoamificatore panasonic. Dopo un mese ancora non mi avevano fatto preventivo. Al quarto sollecito mi fanno un preventivo molto superiore a prezzo d'acquisto. Un buon sistema per acquisire i 20 euro di preventivo senza far quasi nulla. Mai più.
I brought a panasonic receiver. After a month they still hadn't made an estimate. On the fourth reminder they make me a quote much higher than the purchase price. A good way to acquire the 20 euro budget without doing almost anything. Never again.
