★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa gentilissima e molto preparata. Mi ha aiutato a soddisfare le mie esigenze nonostante le parecchie domande e richieste fatte.
Rispetto agli altri punti vendita ho trovato molta più scelta, pulizia e ordine nel negozio.
Unica pecca della catena (non del negozio!) è la scocciatura di dover rendere o cambiare la merce solo nel punto vendita dove si è acquistato e non secondo le proprie esigenze come molte altre note catene! Spero che cambino approccio :)
Very kind and very prepared saleswoman. It helped me to meet my needs despite the many questions and requests made.
Compared to the other stores, I found much more choice, cleanliness and order in the shop.
The only flaw of the chain (not the shop!) Is the hassle of having to return or change the goods only in the store where it was purchased and not according to your needs like many other well-known chains! I hope they change their approach :)
