★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza ho avuto un guasto alla caldaia ho chiamato e mi hanno chiamato 10 giorni dopo per darmi l'appuntamento.'nonostante fossi titolare di un contratto annuale lasciandomi senza acqua calda .risultato ho dvuto provvedere per altre vie rinunciando a un mio diritto...mai più con questa ditta
 Very bad experience I had a boiler failure I called and they called me 10 days later to give me the appointment. Despite being an annual contractor leaving me without hot water. I found I had to provide for other ways giving up my right ... . Never again with this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi è mai capitato di avere un'assistenza tecnica peggiore!!! Il tecnico che sbuffava e tirava gli attrezzi. Già prima di iniziare diceva di non prendersi nessuna responsabilità di quello che poteva rompere, PRENDENDO A MARTELLATE LA CALDAIA... doveva solo sostituire un PEZZO! Voto zero.
I have never had worse technical assistance !!! The technician snorting and pulling tools. Even before starting he said not to take any responsibility for what he could break, HAMMERING THE BOILER ... he only had to replace a PIECE! Zero rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliato: personale attento ed esperto. Vendita e installazione caldaia di alta qualità con lavaggio dell'impianto annesso. Consigliato anche il loro contratto di manutenzione: pensano a tutto loro!
Trattano marchi come Chaffoteaux e Viessmann, azienda seria e professionale.
Recommended: attentive and experienced staff. Sale and installation of high quality boiler with washing of the annexed system. Their maintenance contract is also recommended: they think of everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato per assistenza scaldaacqua .Chaffoteaux per servizio manutenzione di caldaia funzionante. Il tecnico ha eseguito una pulizia sommaria. Risultato: lo scaldaacqua a gas che prima funzionava dopo " la manutenzione" non ha piu' funzionato. Risposta del tecnico e del titolare signor Pizzimenti: " capita". .. e proposta sostituzione di un ricambio alla modica cifra di euro 120 o acquisto di caldaia nuova..con i tempi compatibili della ditta per giunta. No comment!!
Called for water heater assistance .Chaffoteaux for boiler maintenance service. The technician performed a summary cleaning. Result: the gas-fired water heater that previously worked after "maintenance" no longer worked. Answer from the technician and owner Mr. Pizzimenti: "it happens". .. and proposed replacement of a spare part for the modest sum of € 120 or purchase of a new boiler .. with compatible company times. No comment!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo rimasti senza acqua calda la vigilia di Natale, Natale, Santo Stefano e ancora oggi!!! Intervenuti il 22 dicembre per ordinaria manutenzione dopo l'intervento la caldaia funzionava ad intermittenza chiamati il 24 dicembre viene riferito dal tecnico intervenuto che si era guastato un sensore e che non era disponibile pertanto bisognava aspettare dopo le feste!!!! Ogni ulteriore commento è superfluo
We ran out of hot water on Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and still today !!! Intervened on 22 December for routine maintenance after the intervention the boiler worked intermittently called on 24 December it is reported by the technician who had intervened that a sensor had failed and that it was not available so you had to wait after the holidays !!!! Any further comment is superfluous

Da anni sono una loro cliente.. consigliato per chi ha una caldaia in casa o un condizionatore.. affidatevi a un centro assistenza competente come il loro!!! La segretaria sempre gentilissima, che trova sempre il modo di aiutarti sia per telefono che con l’intervento tempestivo degli operai.consigliatissimooooo!!!!
Number one assistance center for boilers and air conditioners in Palermo !!! For years I have been a customer of theirs .. recommended for those who have a boiler in their home or an air conditioner .. rely on a competent service center like theirs !!! The secretary always very kind, who always finds a way to help you both by phone and with the timely intervention of the workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato mattina 20 aprile. La mia caldaiaia é in blocco in quanto non produce acqua calda. Ho chiamato alle ore 9.00 e una signora molto cortese ha risposto subito. Ha programmato l' intervento in mattinata tra le 10.30 e le 12.00; alle 10.30 spaccate arriva il tecnico, molto professionale, che in tre minuti individua il problema e lo risolve. Che dire? Sono molto soddisfatto e complimenti alla ditta Pizzimenti G.Sarzana
Saturday morning April 20th. My boiler is blocked as it does not produce hot water. I called at 9.00 and a very friendly lady answered immediately. He scheduled the intervention in the morning between 10.30 and 12.00; at 10.30 am the very professional technician arrives, who in three minutes identifies the problem and solves it. What to say? I am very satisfied and congratulations to the company Pizzimenti G.Sarzana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato lunedì mattina per chiedere un ricambio di caldaia. La signorina al tel dopo avere preso appunto della mia richiesta ed il mio numero di telefono mi dice che in mattinata mi avrebbe richiamato. Cosa che non è avvenuta. Ne in mattinata ne nel pomeriggio. Martedì richiamo e la stessa signorina del giorno prima mi dice che mi avrebbe richiamato dopo una ventina di minuti.. Mercoledì sera.. Ancora aspetto.. Mi rivolgerò altrove
I called Monday morning to ask for a boiler change. The young lady on the phone after taking note of my request and my phone number tells me that in the morning she would call me back. Which did not happen. Neither in the morning nor in the afternoon. Tuesday I'll call back and the same young lady from the day before tells me that she would call me back after about twenty minutes .. Wednesday evening .. I'm still waiting .. I'll go elsewhere
