★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 mesi per sapere se una pompa è in garanzia. Mi dicono che la riparazione è 100 euro per poi scoprire, alla consegna, che il costo era senza IVA. Delusione e poco rispetto per il cliente. Mai più.
5 months to find out if a pump is under warranty. They tell me that the repair is 100 euros only to discover, upon delivery, that the cost was without VAT. Disappointment and little respect for the customer. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stelle - La settimana scorsa ho portato in riparazione una elettropompa perché non funzionava correttamente. Mi dicono che secondo loro funziona correttamente e quindi mi consigliano di far controllare il mio impianto. Rimonto la pompa a casa mia e non funziona, mentre con una pompa molto più vecchia il mio impianto funziona. Ma è sicuro che l'hanno controllata. Delusione
0 stars - Last week I took an electric pump for repair because it wasn't working properly. They tell me that they think it is working properly and therefore advise me to have my system checked. I reassemble the pump in my house and it doesn't work, while with a much older pump my system works. But he's sure they checked it. Disappointment
