★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato un Volvo per un giorno, mi hanno addebitato il lavaggio interno per la presenza di peli di animale. Confermo che ho un cane ma è entrato in macchina pochi minuti e in braccio a mia moglie. Ho chiamato l'agenzia Hertz di Trapani protestando perché la cifra addebitatami è veramente troppo eccessiva (25€), Se avessi saputo tanto l'avrei portata in un lavaggio aperto per togliere i 4 peli (chiari) sulla tappezzeria nera. Con due minuti di aspirapolvere si sarebbero tolti tutti. E' vergognoso cosa mi ha risposto l'addetto al ritiro: "l'auto fa schifo e necessita di un lavaggio straordinario che non mi permetterà di noleggiarla per due giorni!". Mi sono vergognato!!! Non noleggerò mai più HERTZ per colpa di un addetto di agenzia. Mi dispiace per il Centro HERTZ di Gela che mi ha affittato la macchina; tutto il personale ha avuto cortesia, gentilezza e professionalità estrema. Tornerò nell'agenzia di Trapani (Via Ciaccio Montalto) solo per litigare e far valere i miei diritti. LADRI!!!
I hired a Volvo for a day, they charged me for washing the inside for the presence of animal hair. I confirm that I have a dog but got into the car a few minutes and was in the arms of my wife. I called the Hertz agency of Trapani protesting because the amount charged to me is really too high (25 €), If I had known so much I would have taken it in an open wash to remove the 4 hairs (light) on the black upholstery. With two minutes of vacuum cleaner they would all take off. It is shameful what the pickup operator replied: "the car sucks and needs an extraordinary wash that will not allow me to rent it for two days!". I was ashamed !!! I will never rent HERTZ again because of an agency agent. I am sorry for the HERTZ Center in Gela who rented my car; all the staff had courtesy, kindness and extreme professionalism. I will return to the Trapani agency (Via Ciaccio Montalto) only to quarrel and assert my rights. THIEVES !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompletnie odradzam korzystanie z firmy. Zarezerwowałem samochód przez Rentalcars i wykupiłem ubezpieczenie. Przedstawiciel Hertz proponował mi dodatkowe - odmówiłem. Niestety nie zauważyłem, jak dodał ubezpieczenie na umówie i zdjęto mi z karty 40 euro. Tania żenująca praktyka cwaniaków.
I completely advise against using the company. I booked my car through Rentalcars and took out insurance. The representative of Hertz offered me additional - I declined. Unfortunately I did not notice how he added insurance on the contract and I was taken 40 euro off my card. Cheap embarrassing practice of crooks.
