G	Gianmarco Curti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per noleggiare la macchina meno costosa che avevano disponibile tra noleggio vero e proprio, tassa per guidatore giovane (ho 20 anni) e assicurazione per 7 giorni mi hanno fatto spendere 500 euro! come se non bastasse avevo fatto il pieno, non so perchè le tacche del contatore della benzina non sono andate al massimo, mi hanno fatto pagare 50 EURO IN PIÙ! 50 EURO! Pensateci due volte prima di noleggiare una macchina perché non sono MAI i prezzi che vi fanno credere su questi siti! Voto 0 al "commesso" al momento del ritiro: ha inscenato una vera e propria "campagna del terrore" per convincermi a stipulare una loro assicurazione; denigrando l'assicurazione opzionale da me stipulata al momento del noleggio on-line(Axa!); a momenti da segnalare al IVASS.....poi(errori marginali), ha sbagliato di darmi il resto in contanti e impreparato all'optional dell'alzatina per il bambino da me prenotata mesi indietro. Voto 5 alla macchina nuova, al prezzo, al transfert veloce/cordiale e al commesso al momento della consegna(diverso di quello del ritiro) cordiale/professionale. ri-consegnato l'auto un po inpolverata e aveva qualche micro-graffio e qualche piccola macchia su un sedile(gia' presenti al momento del ritiro); non mi e' stato, giustamente, addebitato nessun costo aggiuntivo. Voto finale: non piu di 3; perche' cmq, mi hanno fatto passare una settimana di vacanza con una certa inquietudine. ESSEPIRENT Palermo / Cinisi: "Saved at the end". Al rientro poi..... rifornimento benzina strano... nonostante il pieno di benzina non si accende l’ultIma spia (difettosa?) e poi ti chiedono altri soldi di benzina... strano!!!!! Si potrebbe definire truffa?? Ah e poi devi pagare il lavaggio.(stano anche qui) Bravi !!! Magari vi offro pure una cena!!!!????? Il lavoro onesto è ben altra cosa....... Shameful!!! Siamo andati al gabbiotto successivo, Essepirent appunto. Ci è stata consegnata subito una smart nuova a 4 posti, pulitissima. Chiara, la ragazza che ci ha aiutati, è stata davvero molto disponibile, professionale e comprensiva. Grazie Chiara! Fate inoltre attenzione quando restituirete l'auto e dovrete fare il pieno di carburante: nel caso ritiriate l'auto a Cinisi (PA), i distributori di benzina nelle vicinanze disattivano tutti il Bancomat come metodo di pagamento per il servizio fai da te (soltanto contanti), costringendovi a farvi fare benzina in modalità "servito" e facendovela pagare a peso d'oro. L'incaricata è inizialmente molto disponibile, fino a quando non si obiettare qcsa.... Ad es.la pulizia interna ed esterna del mezzo alla partenza, i segni sulla carrozzeria che abbiamo richiesto venissero aggiunti nel modulo danni al momento della consegna... La risposta che vi sentirete ripetere è : "Io non so come è abituata lei!!!" con tono provocatorio ed infastidito. Al rientro ci è stata fatta pagare ugualmente la pulizia dell'auto. Infine abbiamo forzatamente richiesto una ricevuta, attestante l'assenza di danni, che non ci era stata volutamente consegnata, rispondendoci "che A LORO andava bene così ....!" They will make you pay any little scratch on their cars and they make you pay big money for tiny tiny scratches no one can avoid. They are rude, threatening, they have no counter at the airport, they are 15 minutes away in the middle of nowhere. When you call them, you are very lucky to reach them, we waited for over an hour. Worst rental service ever. DON'T GO THERE. HORRIBLE.
