★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato e pagato in anticipo come di consueto un veicolo, raggiungendo l'ufficio di consegna mi sono reso conto che era chiuso, pur non essendo passato l'orario di apertura, sono arrivato alle 19.40 davanti al portone della Hertz di via Cappellini ed una persona estranea alla compagnia, mi ha riferito che poco più avanti c'è il parcheggio e che probabilmente il personale si era recato li. Mi appresto a raggiungere questo parcheggio, una volta li mi rendo conto che non c'è nessuno, i computer e le vetture sono li, incustodite e lasciate alla mercé di chiunque fosse entrato. Attendo alcuni minuti ed arrivano un paio di clienti a lasciare il proprio veicolo noleggiato, in quel momento apprendo che il posto era totalmente deserto e soprattutto chiuso. Sono cliente Gold, avevo il veicolo assegnato con targa che ho ricevuto tramite messaggio, mi aspettavo che qualcuno mi attendesse per consegnarmi le chiavi, invece ho dovuto prendere un taxi per andare via. Il giorno successivo mi sono recato presso l'agenzia, il personale molto scontroso mi contestava che l'ufficio la sera prima era stato aperto fino alle 20.10, cosa del tutto falsa e comprovata da alcune foto che ho fatto quella sera quando mi sono reso conto che non avrei potuto prendere il veicolo, foto che testimoniano che prima delle 20 ero li per ritirare il veicolo da me pagato. Dopo una breve discussione, ho cercato di trovare una soluzione e mi è stata proposta una vettura per il noleggio che avevo pagato, in questo modo avrei avuto la vettura ma avrei perso il giorno prima ( pagato ), in tal caso ho accettato di prendere il veicolo. Purtroppo erano presenti dei danni, al desk mi avevano avvisato della presenza di tali danni, la mia buonafede mi ha fatto prendere il veicolo senza ispezionarlo a fondo, due danni erano riportati sul retro del veicolo, mentre al desk mi hanno parlato di due danni, uno sul retro ed uno di fianco. Con molto stupore al rientro mi è stato contestato il danno sul fianco, danno del quale siamo sicuri fosse presente prima del noleggio, ed allora ho cercato le foto inviate da Hertz al momento del noleggio. Atttenzione a questa cosa, infatti io ho ricevuto delle foto vecchie di 4 mesi, pertanto il danno non era presente, ed è stato inutile dire al personale scontroso e maleducato che non avevo fatto quel danno. Ho inviato un reclamo ufficiale chiedendo di farmi vedere le foto del contratto di noleggio precedente al mio, dal quale sicuramente si evincerebbe che il danno era presente prima, ancora non ho ricevuto risposta, e nemmeno credo che la riceverò. Insomma, questo noleggio è costato 160 euro in più per il danno ed è durato un giorno in meno di quanto pagato all'origine. Spero che questa azienda possa prendere provvedimenti e smettere di fregare i clienti con questi sotterfugi, sono completamente deluso dal servizio di questa stazione Hertz, e ne farò la giusta pubblicità condividendo questa recensione ovunque potrò.
I booked and paid in advance as usual a vehicle, reaching the delivery office I realized that it was closed, although the opening time had not passed, I arrived at 7.40 pm in front of the door of Hertz in Via Cappellini and a stranger to the company, he told me that a little further on is the parking lot and that probably the staff had gone there. I am about to reach this parking lot, once I realize that there is nobody, computers and cars are there, unattended and left at the mercy of anyone who has entered. I wait a few minutes and arrive a couple of customers to leave their rented vehicle, at that time I learned that the place was completely deserted and mostly closed. I am a Gold customer, I had the vehicle assigned with a license plate that I received by message, I expected someone to wait for me to give me the keys, instead I had to take a taxi to leave. The next day I went to the agency, the very grumpy staff challenged me that the office the night before had been open until 8.10 pm, which was completely false and proved by some photos I took that evening when I realized that I could not take the vehicle, photos that testify that before 8.00 pm I was there to pick up the vehicle I paid for. After a brief discussion, I tried to find a solution and I was offered a car for the rental that I had paid for, so I would have had the car but I would have lost the day before (paid), in this case I agreed to take the vehicle. Unfortunately there were damages, at the desk they warned me of the presence of such damages, my good faith made me take the vehicle without thoroughly inspecting it, two damages were reported on the back of the vehicle, while at the desk they told me about two damages, one on the back and one on the side. With great astonishment on the return, the damage on my side was disputed, which we are sure was present before the rental, and then I looked for the photos sent by Hertz at the time of the rental. Attention to this thing, in fact I received 4 months old photos, therefore the damage was not present, and it was useless to tell the surly and rude staff that I had not done that damage. I have sent an official complaint asking to show me the photos of the rental contract previous to mine, from which it would surely be inferred that the damage was present before, I still have not received a reply, nor do I believe I will receive it. In short, this rental cost 160 euro for the damage and lasted one day earlier than originally paid. I hope this company can take action and stop ripping off customers with these subterfuges, I am completely disappointed with the service of this Hertz station, and I will do the right publicity by sharing this review wherever I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving this business only 3 stars because I was charged more than I was originally quoted for our car. I had to call Hertz when we got back home in order to get a refund. This has happened to me twice with Hertz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hertz return counter is located between decks 4 and 5 of the multi-storey carpark. It's a little hard to navigate a big car in this complex, especially if you are not used to right-hand drive. However, the ground staff were very efficient and the returning process was very fast.

although last year i booked through hertz and used my UAE drivers license, this year They decided not to accept it and not to give me a solution. They said i’m lying about my last year’s booking. I haven’t experienced such bad employees like the ones at Hertz milan central station. Shortly, 347€ is the amount i lost because of the very bad service and accountability at Hertz, also all of our plans changed entirely accordingly. So the amount we lost is xxxx. Stay away of hertz.
