★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio curato e ben fornito, peccato per il personale che ci lavora all’interno, non è concepibile parlare con la collega senza considerare minimamente il cliente. Ero entrata per dare un’occhiata, ho visto molte cose che mi piacevano e se fossi stata un minimo seguita, bastava chiedere “ha bisogno?” probabilmente avrei comprato qualcosa. Un servizio simile non è ammissibile in un negozio come Guess, fossi stata al mercato sicuramente non me la sarei presa. Quindi, per colpa del personale incompetente a cui proprio mancavo le basi della vendita, sono costretta a mettere una stella a un negozio della catena di Guess.
Well-kept and well-stocked shop, a pity for the staff who work there, it is not conceivable to talk with the colleague without considering the client at all. I had come in to take a look, I saw many things that I liked and if I had been a minimum, it was enough to ask "Do you need?" I probably would have bought something. A similar service is not admissible in a shop like Guess, if I had been in the market I certainly wouldn't have taken it. So, because of the incompetent staff that I really lacked the basis of the sale, I have to put a star at a store in the Guess chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo negozio di qualità, le ragazze sono molto gentili e cortesi, sanno consigliare senza insistere e lasciano spazio per provare tanti capi senza infastidirsi, davvero professionali :) le magliette sono di ottima qualità, i maglioncini particolari con colori brillanti e non visti in giro, quindi novità assolute, le borse sono meravigliose, difficile scegliere quale prendere perchè c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta :)
Excellent quality store, the girls are very kind and courteous, they can advise without insisting and leave room to try so many clothes without being annoying, really professional :) the shirts are of excellent quality, the special sweaters with bright colors and not seen around, therefore absolute novelties, the bags are wonderful, difficult to choose which to take because there is an embarrassment of choice :)
