My experience at stroili is excellent, the samples are well-stocked and of quality above all; but the best known friendliness, kindness, professionalism goes to the staff, especially to Clelia and Angela because I have always been served by them .... opportunity to get to know the others

First of all, I don't often go to jewelers, but when I do I prefer to go to this store because the professionalism of the orders and their advice allow me to make the right choices. I thank Clelia so much for her exquisite kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qual è il vostro criterio di selezione del personale? Oppure può essere che al vertice non eseguono dei corsi di formazione. Comunque gioielleria normale, personale con dialettica simpatica, ma in sostanza compri qualcosa da loro e poi non riescono a sistemarla o modificarla, addirittura dicendo di andare in altre gioiellerie che può essere siano capaci. Poni caso un cliente viene da qualche parte si fa della strada e poi ti aspetta una risposta professionale del genere.

Dopo aver atteso 40 minuti perche' delle neonate dovevano forare i lobi, la commessa ci ha liquidati in 3 secondi con dei modi poco professionali.
Inoltre vorrei segnalare che tanta merce presa da stroili ha avuto bisogno dell'assistenza dell'orafo, con dei prezzi di certo non irrisori.

After waiting 40 minutes because some babies had to pierce the earlobes, the saleswoman liquidated us in 3 seconds with unprofessional ways.
Furthermore, I would like to point out that a lot of goods taken by stroili needed the assistance of the goldsmith, with prices that were certainly not ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gioielleria Stroili come le altre. Premetto che non frequento le gioiellerie quindi non so moltissimo. Posso dire però che il personale da me trovato è stato molto cortese e professionale. Abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo controllando anche al PC nelle varie collezioni. Elencandoci tra l'altro anche altre offerte a cumulo che c'erano abbiamo comprato altro ad un buon prezzo. Hanno anche messo su misura e quindi accorciato un cinturino in maglia.
Stroili jewelry like the others. I state that I don't go to jewelers so I don't know very much. However, I can say that the staff I found were very courteous and professional. We found what we were looking for by also checking the various collections on the PC. By listing other cumulative offers that were there, we bought more at a good price. They also tailored and then shortened a mesh strap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un braccialetto della serie Disney a mia figlia per Natale, il braccialetto in questione è d’acciaio color oro. Il mio dubbio sin dall’inizio era quello che si potesse macchiare o scolorire vista la Colorazione, ma l’operatrice addetta alle vendite ovviamente mi dice che non ci sarebbe stato questo problema. Risultato finale?? Il braccialetto dopo 10gg di utilizzo si è macchiato e beffa ancora peggiore, a richiesta di reso o cambio presso il punto vendita mi è stato detto “Signore il braccialetto è usato NON si può cambiare” risultato di poca professionalità e serietà.
I bought my daughter a Disney series bracelet for Christmas, the bracelet in question is gold-colored steel. My doubt from the beginning was that it could stain or discolour due to the coloring, but the sales assistant obviously tells me that there would be no such problem. Final results?? The bracelet after 10 days of use was stained and even worse mockery, upon request for return or exchange at the store I was told "Sir, the bracelet is used, you CANNOT change it" as a result of lack of professionalism and seriousness.
