...poi incontri persone che amano il lavoro che fanno e soprattutto lo fanno al meglio dimostrando attivamente che sono lì a disposizione del cliente che ha bisogno di essere consigliato... E non solo ti consigliano, senza mai perdere la pazienza per le mille domande che fai loro .... Ma lo fanno sempre col sorriso dal primo all'ultimo minuto..... Grazie CATERINA ?

Il personale e simpatico e disponibile
Ho messo 3 stelle, perché parlando proprio del personale quando fate i contratti/attivazione, vi dovete velocizzare, e non perdervi a chiacchiere!
Come mi è successo venerdì pomeriggio che per un signore che doveva fare delle attivazioni ho aspettato 40 minuti.
Così tante persone se ne vanno!
The shop is clean and elegant.
The staff is nice and helpful
I put 3 stars, because speaking of the staff when you make the contracts / activation, you have to speed up, and not get lost in chatting!
As it happened to me on Friday afternoon, I waited 40 minutes for a man who had to do some activations.
So many people are leaving!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diffidate. Ho avuto a che fare con Caterina per l'acquisto di una nuova sim. Senza nessuna autorizzazione mi sono trovato ad avere modificato il contratto di casa che mi è aumentato di dieci euro al mese. Dal negozio prendono tempo dicendo che hanno inoltrato un reclamo mentre io continuo a pagare la tariffa maggiorata. In ogni caso non mi fanno avere nessuna notizia da darmi n po' e mi trovo costretto a dover sacrificare il mio tempo (che non ho) per ricorrere ad una associazione consumatori. Se potete STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO NEGOZIO!
Be wary. I had to deal with Caterina for the purchase of a new sim. Without any authorization I found myself having changed the house contract which increased me by ten euros a month. From the shop they take time saying they have filed a complaint while I continue to pay the premium rate. In any case, they don't let me have any news to give me and I find myself forced to sacrifice my time (which I don't have) to resort to a consumer association. If you can STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva. L'operatrice (Caterina) è competente e disponibile e ha risolto in modo brillante tutte le mie richieste. Ho avuto modo di apprezzare la calma con la quale ha gestito i numerosi clienti presenti in negozio, nonostante fosse da sola, risolvendo anche i problemi più difficili sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra.
Very positive experience. The operator (Caterina) is competent and helpful and has brilliantly solved all my requests. I was able to appreciate the calm with which she managed the numerous customers in the shop, despite being alone, solving even the most difficult problems always with a smile on her face.

Personale gentilissimo ,forse addestrati cosi per imbrogliare meglio!. ho attivato la linea fissa a casa con adsl, mi era stato assicurato dal venditore che avrei navigato come una scheggia, risultato? 6 mega in download .avendo sottoscritto il contratto in negozio non posso avvalermi del recesso(non ero stata informata).sarò costretta a pagare 300 euro per un servizio che non ho....NON VI FIDATE!!!!!
I can't, otherwise I would put 0 stars. Very kind staff, perhaps trained in this way to cheat better !. I activated the landline at home with ADSL, I was assured by the seller that I would sail like a splinter, result? 6 mega in download. Having signed the contract in the shop I cannot use the withdrawal (I had not been informed). I will be forced to pay 300 euros for a service that I do not have .... DO NOT TRUST !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci tengo a raccontare la mia personale esperienza che ha visto degli operatori molto carini e disponibili, che si sono adoperati per la risoluzione di una mia problematica riguardante la disattivazione di alcuni servizi a pagamento che sembrava non essere andata a buon fine, e quindi é stato necessario doverla seguire costantemente. Soprattutto l'operatore Giuseppe ha monitorato l'andamento con molta professionalità e gentilezza, aggiornandomi via via sui progressi della pratica. Oggi finalmente tutto risolto! Grazie ancora ☺️
