★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone gentili e professionali se non un responsabile (così definitosi e ostentando con arroganza questa cosa) di Etnapolis, un certo Mirko che alla mia telefonata per avere informazioni su un bollitore già pagato che mi doveva arrivare prima entro una settimana, poi dopo quindici giorni e poi ancora non si sapeva, ha cominciato ad inveire mancandomi di rispetto con un linguaggio offensivo e scurrile.
Andavo sempre ad acquistare da loro.
Non lo farò più....uno schifo
Kind and professional people if not a manager (so definite and arrogantly flaunting this thing) of Etnapolis, a certain Mirko who on my phone call to get information on a kettle already paid for that had to arrive first within a week, then after fifteen days and then he still did not know, he began to rant disrespect me with offensive and abusive language.

Friendly staff, but small shop for too much stuff for sale and display. Too many boxes in the aisle do not allow too much to see what the store has to offer ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio piccolo con corridoi stretti. Scomodo spostarsi all'interno perché si rischia sempre di urtare qualcosa o di rimanere bloccati con altri clienti. Questo non permette nemmeno il distanziamento necessario per le regole anti-covid.
Buono il rifornimento di merce, si trovano cose carine.
Prezzi nella norma.
Small shop with narrow aisles. Uncomfortable to move inside because you always risk bumping into something or getting stuck with other customers. This does not even allow for the necessary distancing for anti-covid rules.
