Oggi 07/09/2021, il giorno in cui scrivo questa recensione, non è ancora arrivato nulla, ma come se non bastasse non rispondono nemmeno al telefono, ha risposto una volta la dipendente di JD e non mi ha considerato di striscio
I ordered a pair of old skool vans on 08/20/2021 and they should have arrived by 09/03/2021. Today 07/09/2021, the day I write this review, nothing has arrived yet, but as if that were not enough they do not even answer the phone, the employee of JD answered once and did not consider me in passing

Mi hanno fatto ordinare una tuta Nike direttamente dai loro computer, dato che non era presente all'interno del punto vendita, ho specificato che avrei gradito la spedizione a domicilio perché per motivi di lavoro in questo periodo mi trovo spesso impossibilitato per spostamenti e 2 giorni dopo ricevo la notizia, ovviamente non da uno di loro, ma da solo, col bot del sito che la mia spedizione è stata annullata. Ora, togliendo il fatto che nel negozio ho perso non so quante ore data la disorganizzazione dei ragazzi e la presenza di un unico camerino, ma io dico.. Non potevate avvisarmi? E soprattutto che vi costa aggiornare il numero su Google? È davvero necessario dover chiamare Etnapolis per avere il vostro interno e capire cosa fare? Rivedere il vostro modo di lavorare, non è così che ci si comporta.

Couldn't you have warned me? And above all, what does it cost you to update the number on Google? Is it really necessary to call Etnapolis to get your extension and figure out what to do? Revising the way you work, that's not how you behave.
