Compro una tracolla "resistentissima" e dopo un mese si scuce nell'attacco della cinghia.
Dopo diversi tentativi il negozio finalmente la riprende per marcarla ad analizzare presso i tecnici di Carpisa.
Mi viene restituita dopo 5 mesi dicendomi che era colpa mia in quanto avevo messo troppe cose all'interno (lo stesso peso portato per tre anni da una tracolla di €. 5,00 comprata al mercato).
Faccio una email di reclamo al Customer Care di Carpisa e giustamente non si degnano nemmeno di rispondere.
Mai più prodotti di questo marchio.
Too bad you can't give zero stars.
I buy a "very resistant" shoulder strap and after a month it breaks down in the strap attachment.
After several attempts, the shop finally takes it back to mark it analyzing with Carpisa's technicians.
It is returned to me after 5 months telling me it was my fault because I had put too many things inside (the same weight brought for three years by a shoulder bag of € 5.00 bought at the market).
I send a complaint email to Carpisa Customer Care and rightly don't even deign to answer.
Never again products of this brand.

È una stata davvero davvero gentilissima, professionale e mi ha aiutato nell'acquisto in modo favoloso. Vorrei trovare gente così in tutti i negozi. Davvero complimenti!
I often bought Carpisa bags, and I always found myself well. Excellent value for money, but this review is for the girl who followed me, today 10/29/2019, in the morning. It is a really very kind, professional state and has helped me purchase in a fabulous way. I would like to find people like that in all the shops. Really congratulations!
