★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedì (03/09/18) nel primo pomeriggio sono entrata nel vostro negozio pensando di prendere semplicemente una camicia, tra l'altro senza neanche molta voglia perché avevo già visitato altri negozi simili, ma senza successo. La gentilezza, disponibilità e competenza di chi mi ha seguita, nonostante i miei gusti impossibili, ha fatto sì che uscissi dal negozio con ben due vestiti (che scarterei normalmente perché non mi ci vedrei ad indossarli, ma che non vedo l'ora di mettere) ed un kaftano. È veramente molto difficile trovare estrema professionalità ed allegria insieme, ma non qui. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Monday (03/09/18) in the early afternoon I went into your shop thinking of simply getting a shirt, among other things without even much desire because I had already visited other similar shops, but without success. The kindness, availability and competence of those who followed me, despite my impossible tastes, meant that I left the shop with two clothes (which I would normally discard because I would not see myself wearing them, but which I can't wait to wear ) and a kaftan. It is really very difficult to find extreme professionalism and joy together, but not here. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina entrando nel negozio di Etnapolis ,commessa oltre che cafona sgarbata e anche maleducata, mi ha fatto uscire piangendo. Non so il nome ma posso descriverla capelli a coda bionda occhi chiari. Di sicuro non ci tornerò mai più. Lo sto qui a raccontare l'episodio ma se il titolare mi può contattare sarò lieta di dire a lui stesso l'accaduto.
This morning entering the shop in Etnapolis, a saleswoman as well as a rude and also rude boor, made me leave crying. I don't know the name but I can describe her blonde tail hair light eyes. I will for sure never go back. I am here to tell the episode but if the owner can contact me I will be happy to tell him what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, oggi insieme a mia madre verso le 11:30 ci siamo recate presso il vostro punto vendita Oltre a Etnapolis, preciso che mia madre è registrata come cliente è da diversi anni acquista da voi, ma stamattina non ci era mai successo abbiamo trovato una commessa abbastanza maleducata e cafona nei nostri confronti , non so il nome ma posso descriverla : bionda, capelli legati da una coda e occhi azzurri….solo perché stavamo dando un occhiata e non trovando nulla di ciò che cercavamo , io mi sono girata verso mia madre esprimendo un mio parere , la commessa in questione si è permessa di dirmi : SI MA STAI CALMA !!! Ribadendolo più volte senza che io mi stessi rivolgendo a lei..per i dettagli della conversazione e di come sono andate le cose preferirei parlare o essere contattata da qualche responsabile….e come consiglio una commessa così non è un grado di svolgere correttamente il suo ruolo e non sa trattare i clienti anzi credo li faccia scappare , così come ha fatto con noi , e nonostante abbia detto a mia madre di andarcene lei continuava ad inveirmi contro…che gente maleducata direi!!! E ci dispiace di aver avuto questa brutta esperienza proprio dentro un negozio dove ogni volta compriamo!

Repeating it several times without my being addressing her ... for the details of the conversation and how things went I would prefer to speak or be contacted by someone in charge ... role and does not know how to treat customers indeed I think it makes them run away, as he did with us, and despite having told my mother to leave she continued to yell at me ... what rude people I would say !!! And we're sorry we had this bad experience right inside a shop where we buy every time!
