Oggi mi hanno dato i buoni xche o fatto una grande spesa poi ESCO da piazza Italia e dopo un po ci rientro, io chiedo alla cassiera se i buoni sono spendibili da oggi e la cassiera mi dice Domani domani! Con un tono infastidito o anche acida! Io non ci metterò più piede in questo schifo! Sono tutti maleducati
NON ANDATECI! PERCHÉ LA 1 COSA DI UN LOCALE DEVE ESSERE L'EDUCAZIONE E IO PARLO COME PROIETARIO DI UN RISTORANTE!! E sono molto SGARBATI!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è grande e ben assortito, peccato davvero per il personale esageratamente sgarbato e permaloso. Ho provato fin tre paia di scarpe perché avevano il cartellino con lo sconto, ma in modo brusco e sospettoso, mi è stato detto in cassa che "alcuni" appiccicano lo sconto su prodotti non scontati per pagare di meno. Volendo far intendere che la persona in questione fossi io.
Alla fine dopo una ricerca lunghissima di un prodotto che fosse realmente scontato, nel momento che esibisco il bonus di 5€ al cassiere, invece di spiegarmi che non era valido per i capi scontati, si è limitato a dire, senza nemmeno guardarmi in faccia: quello te lo puoi riprendere. Senza nemmeno spiegarmi il perché. Il cassiere in questione è un tizio pelato. Altre commesse invece erano gentili.
Consiglio di o, badare bene e ripetutamente alla merce e sistemare spesso i reali sconti, visto questo problema dei Sabotatori di cartellini, oppure di aumentare il controllo, invece di far esasperare i vostri clienti. Ma sopratutto, il fatto che abitiamo in Sicilia,non vuol dire che avete il diritto di essere maleducati a prescindere. Sopratutto con clienti che stanno cercando di ovviare a vostre mancanze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire per assortimento e prezzi, ma le pulizie qui non si effettuano da almeno 1 settimana, polvere ovunque, scaffalature cedute, sporcizia sotto ogni tavolo e manichino. Da un azienda del genere onestamente non è quello che mi aspettavo!
Nothing to say for assortment and prices, but housekeeping here are not made at least one week, dust everywhere, sold shelving, dirt under each table and dummy. From a company like that honestly it is not what I expected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo negozio oggi pomeriggio, , pessimo personale ,scortese, due commesse alla cassa impegnate a parlare tra loro,quando gli è stato detto che un cliente in camerino aveva bisogno d aiuto la risposta è stata che loro non potevano farci nulla, e hanno continuato a parlare e ridere come se nulla fosse, di questi tempi chi ha un lavoro dovrebbe apprezzarlo e trattare con i guanti chi gli paga lo stipendio ovvero i Clienti!

Consiglio di visitarlo se possibile nei giorni feriali, sabato e domenica c'è molto disordine perché i pochi dipendenti hanno difficoltà ad ordinare l'abbigliamento provato. Altro discorso sulla pulizia dei camerini spesso inesistente. La qualità dei prodotti venduta dal negozio è medio-scarsa anche se qualcosa si trova qualitativamente superiore. Le calzature sono cinesate che eviterei di produrre e mettere in commercio, spesso invendute e messe in sotto costo.
