★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno. Nulla da dire su personale che certamente è cortese e disponibile, ma a marchio Cotton&Silk io non comprerò più neppure un fazzoletto.
La politica sui resi è veramente assurda.
Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe del costo di 29.90€, alla prima volta che sono state calzate, dopo circa tre ore di utilizzo, è fuoriuscito del liquido bianco dalle cuciture (colla?), macchiandosi. Mi sono recata in negozio per fare presente l'evidente difetto di fabbrica, trasudavano mi sembra il minimo! Il reso che mi è stato "eccezionalmente" concesso per un difetto totalmente dipendente dall'azienda e dalla qualità del prodotto (zero!), è stato pari al valore di 9.90€ su 29.00€, perché oggi le scarpe erano al ribasso, in sconto...Assurdo!
Per non parlare delle scarpe! Non mi era mai capitato che delle scarpe trasudassero colla!
Good morning. Nothing to say about staff who are certainly courteous and helpful, but with the Cotton & Silk brand I won't even buy a handkerchief anymore.
The return policy is truly absurd.
I bought a pair of shoes costing € 29.90, the first time they were put on, after about three hours of use, some white liquid came out of the seams (glue?), Staining. I went to the shop to point out the obvious factory defect, they oozed it seems to me the least! The return that I was "exceptionally" granted for a defect totally dependent on the company and the quality of the product (zero!), Was equal to the value of € 9.90 out of € 29.00, because today the shoes were discounted, at a discount ...Absurd!
Not to mention the shoes! It had never happened to me that shoes oozed glue!
