I bought the new Yaris and to follow me I found the seller Diego, a very professional and prepared guy who followed me and fulfilled all my requests and solved all problems in the best possible way. La valutazione è forse un po generosa da parte mia, ma il venditore, Diego, la merita. Abbiamo acquistato il 7 febbraio una CH-R che doveva essere in pronta consegna. Beh, abbiamo atteso 1 mese... male ma non malissimo. Qualche piccolo dubbio / misunderstanding subito prima della consegna con le sue colleghe ma ho subito contattato Diego che è riuscito, accordando tutti (me e le sue colleghe - super gentili), ad accontentarmi. Se posso, lascerei un feedback costruttivo (non al venditore ma all'azienda in se): maggior cura ed attenzione alle richieste del cliente.
Confermo comunque il voto: 5 stelle e pieno suggerimento di affidarsi ad autotorino e, in particolare, a Diego

The evaluation is perhaps a bit generous on my part, but the seller, Diego, deserves it. We bought a CH-R on February 7 that was supposed to be ready for delivery. Well, we waited 1 month ... bad but not bad. Some small doubts / misunderstanding immediately before the delivery with his colleagues but I immediately contacted Diego who managed, by agreeing to everyone (me and his colleagues - super nice), to satisfy me. If I can, I would leave constructive feedback (not to the seller but to the company itself): greater care and attention to customer requests.
However, I confirm the vote: 5 stars and full suggestion to rely on autotorino and, in particular, on Diego

Il consulente Diego che mi ha seguito è stato disponibile in qualsiasi momento per fugare ogni mio dubbio, consigliandomi in maniera molto professionale per l'acquisto di quello che è oggi il mio primo veicolo in assoluto. Chiaro anche nell'esposizione del funzionamento dell'auto e soprattutto del cambio automatico, che non avevo mai utilizzato. Disponibile anche nel post vendita. Consigliato.
