Non ne ho usufruito ed ho preferito aspettare ( comodamente seduto in un salottino) ma mi hanno offerto un servizio di auto sostitutiva ad un costo che direi ragionevole. I got the car serviced. Efficient, professional and fast. I didn't use it and I preferred to wait (sitting comfortably in a sitting room) but they offered me a replacement car service at a cost that I would say reasonable.

Trovo assurdo che nel 2022 un'azienda non accetti nessuna tipologia di pagamento a distanza, nemmeno il classico bonifico bancario! ( abbiamo proposto il ritiro dell'auto dopo l'effettivo accredito sul conto corrente, quindi zero rischi). Buona giornata I had to leave Vicenza to bring the company credit card to make a payment. I find it absurd that in 2022 a company will not accept any type of remote payment, not even the classic bank transfer! (we have proposed the withdrawal of the car after the actual crediting to the current account, therefore zero risks). Good day
