Abbiamo preso un appuntamento per visionare un auto ( venendo da un altra città ) il pomeriggio prima, ci siamo recati in concessionaria per visionare l’auto e la risposta che ci è stata data: Ci scusi è stata venduta . Dopo che c’è ne siamo andati dopo circa 10 min ci è arrivata una mail di non presentarsi perché l’auto era stata venduta. Questo per me non è segno di serieta’. Neanche un paio di scuse. Mi spiace ma se dovessi comprare un auto non ternerei più in una concessionaria simile non è serio per nulla. Ultima cosa ci può stare di vendere un auto però le persone si avvisano per tempo e non ci sarebbe stato nessun problema. Grazie Unfortunately we found ourselves badly unqualified staff. Ci rechiamo come consigliato al centro assistenza che vediamo aperto dalle ore 8 di sabato mattina. Il personale come sempre “particolarmente” sgarbato ed evidentemente non competente da risposte maleducate ed approssimative. La prossima vettura ci assicureremo di non acquistarla qui! Se avete problemi di sabato andate direttamente in BMW dove il personale è educato e competente come consiglia il personale Mini: “se hai problemi con la Mini creati da noi vai in BMW o aspetta che sia Lunedì! Ritornati in officina ci hanno detto che la macchina funzionava bene... Dopo pochi giorni la macchina è peggiorata fino a non andare. Il venditore ha risposto in modo sgradevole e infastidito dicendomi che “non poteva conoscere le specifiche di ogni veicolo in vendita da loro”, quando semplicemente ponevo DUE domande senza fretta né insistenza. Non capendo per quale motivo sia stato trattato in questo modo penoso, ho la certezza che cercherò l’auto da altri concessionari. I called for specifics about a car I was interested in before moving on to see it live.
