★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 4 mesi dall'acquisto di una Mercedes Classe A Premium 2019 usata "d'occasione", scrivo la mia recensione.
Dopo aver visto l'annuncio online, mi viene fissato un appuntamento per visionare l'auto direttamente in concessionaria a Verona.
Una volta effettuato un test drive, decido di acquistarla raccomandando al venditore di ovviare a svariati difetti estetici.
Purtroppo così non è stato. Solamente una lavata esterna e la riparazione di 1 solo cerchio danneggiato su 3.
A mie spese, ho dovuto far lucidare, rimuovere svariate ammaccature e graffi, far riverniciare completamente paraurti posteriore e cofano motore, restando senz'auto per ben 3 settimane!
Oggi, a seguito del cambio pneumatici invernali dal mio gommista, mi è stato confermato che 2 cerchi sono ovalizzati.
Dal mio punto di vista posso confermare che la vettura non è stata nemmeno controllata. Ritirata e rimessa in vendita.
Non è ammissibile consegnare un'auto di questo genere in tali condizioni.
Comunicazione post vendita assente con il venditore.
Tengo a precisare che dal momento della stipula del contratto, la vettura è rimasta ferma circa 1 mese durante il quale mi aspettavo che il tutto venisse risolto..
 After 4 months from the purchase of a used "second-hand" Mercedes A-Class Premium 2019, I am writing my review.
After seeing the ad online, an appointment is set for me to view the car directly at the dealership in Verona.
Once I have taken a test drive, I decide to buy it by recommending the seller to remedy various aesthetic defects.
Unfortunately this was not the case. Only one external wash and repair of only 1 damaged rim out of 3.
At my expense, I had to polish, remove several dents and scratches, have the rear bumper and bonnet completely repainted, without the car for 3 weeks!
Today, following the change of winter tires by my tire dealer, it was confirmed to me that 2 rims are oval.
From my point of view I can confirm that the car has not even been checked. Withdrawn and relisted on sale.
It is not permissible to deliver such a car in such conditions.
No after-sales communication with the seller.
I want to clarify that since the signing of the contract, the car has stood still for about 1 month during which I expected everything to be resolved ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una bmw da privato con un pacchetto di cambio olio e filtro già pagato alla Fimauto. Fatta in giornata e lavata gratuitamente. Unico neo, che all'accettazione ho chiesto se con questo pacchetto avrebbero rimosso la spia del service e mi è stato assicurato di si. Al ritiro ho verificato che la presenza della spia del service dell'accensione, mi è stato risposto con che non avendo fatto il tagliando completo non possono rimuoverla, quando ho spiegato che mi era stato assicurato che sarebbe stata rimossa sono stato liquidato con sufficienza.
I bought a bmw as a private individual with an oil and filter change package already paid for at Fimauto. Made same day and washed for free. The only drawback, that upon acceptance I asked if with this package they would remove the service light and I was assured of it. Upon collection I verified that the ignition service light was present, I was replied that having not done the complete service, they cannot remove it, when I explained that I was assured that it would be removed I was cleared sufficiently.

I was on holiday in Italy and had to go home two days later. I had never been at FimAuto before Nevertheless I was helped brilliantly, my car was fixed in a day which helped me a lot with being able to drive home.Thank you Fimauto, thank you Luca Bozzini and the mechanic that repaired my car!
