★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo innumerevoli tentativi in altre officine per circa un anno a causa di un problema elettrico che pregiudicava la sicurezza alla guida ho deciso di rivolgermi alla nuova concessionaria Autoverona srl come ultimo tentativo e in caso di insuccesso era mia intenzione di cedere la mia amata V 70 AWD.
Solo la professionalità e competenza dello staff è riuscita ad individuare il problema e risolverlo riconsegnandomi l'auto in perfetta efficienza e finalmente è ritornato il piacere di guidare un'auto, per me , meravigliosa!

After countless attempts in other workshops for about a year due to an electrical problem that jeopardized driving safety, I decided to contact the new Autoverona srl dealership as a last resort and in case of failure it was my intention to sell my beloved V 70 AWD .
Only the professionalism and competence of the staff managed to identify the problem and solve it by returning the car to me in perfect working order and finally the pleasure of driving a car, for me, wonderful, has returned!

She immediately responded to our concern and solved the problems that we felt was fair. What I am trying to say, issues when buying a vehicle will of course happen, it’s how the after sales is handled by Volvo that will impact us. I am very grateful or Elena’s way of solving this issue, I also feel confident coming back to Volvo.
Di recente abbiamo acquistato la nostra prima auto in Italia con Volvo. Abbiamo sperimentato alcuni incidenti e ci siamo sentiti maltrattati. Abbiamo espresso la nostra preoccupazione a Elena Martini che guida il supporto del Workshop. Ha risposto immediatamente alla nostra preoccupazione e ha risolto i problemi che ritenevamo giusti. Quello che sto cercando di dire, i problemi durante l'acquisto di un veicolo accadranno ovviamente, è come il post-vendita viene gestito da Volvo che avrà un impatto su di noi. Sono molto grato per il modo in cui Elena ha risolto questo problema, mi sento anche sicuro di tornare in Volvo.
