Al mattino in un distributore Servito il gestore (nell'auto del mio compagno) gli aveva messo benzina anziché gasolio. Abbiamo trovato loro che ci hanno risolto il problema. Ho notato competenza e disponibilità. Grazie!
It was Saturday 24th July and we were looking for a mechanic to remedy a problem that could become huge. In the morning in a Servito petrol station the manager (in my partner's car) had put petrol instead of diesel. We found them to have solved the problem for us. I noticed competence and availability. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a fine 2019 l'auto presso AutoZUG per una perdita d'olio. Il meccanico individua correttamente la causa: la guarnizione dello scambiatore di calore è vecchia e non sigilla più correttamente il medesimo. Viene effettuato intervento per cui mi viene riferito e riportato in ricevuta che è stata cambiata la guarnizione stessa (il cui costo è stato riportato e addebitato) . Dopo meno di due anni l'auto ha ripresentato il medesimo problema. Non mi è stata sostituita alcuna guarnizione ma, bensì, è stata rimpiazzata con del mastice che col tempo ha ceduto. Riporto foto del lavoro effettuato.
I took the car to AutoZUG at the end of 2019 due to an oil leak. The mechanic correctly identifies the cause: the heat exchanger gasket is old and no longer seals it correctly. An intervention is carried out for which I am told and reported in receipt that the gasket itself has been changed (the cost of which has been reported and charged). After less than two years the car had the same problem again. I have not been replaced with any gaskets but, on the contrary, it has been replaced with mastic that has given way over time. Carrying photos of the work carried out.
