Olivati Luca, Innanzitutto la ringraziamo della critica, perché le riteniamo spunto di miglioramento, ma per aiutarci sul serio, avrebbe dovuto essere un po’ meno vago e po’ più specifico. Prima cosa, il suo nome e cognome non risulta in nessuno dei nostri data base aziendali, né come vendita né come service? Quindi per noi lei purtroppo non esiste, se ci fornisce, gentilmente, dei dati ulteriori, forse riusciamo a ricostruire l’accaduto ed eventualmente trovare dei correttivi. “Poi mi sono accorto di un danno causato da loro” non trova la frase un po’ generica ed aleatoria? Per poter essere analizzata e compresa? Per potere capire cosa è successo ed eventualmente avere il diritto di replica, positiva o negativa fosse? “Se ne sono lavati le mani”, chi? Che ruolo aveva all’interno dell’officina? Se le hanno risposto così, gradirei saperlo, quantomeno per scusarmi eventualmente con lei. “Pessima davvero pessima officina totalmente incompetenti”, le ricordo che i nostri tecnici sono tutti diplomati nel ruolo che svolgono e che noi, nell’ anno solare del 2019, abbiamo svolto più di 100 ore di formazione e aggiornamento per nostri tecnici presso Volkswagengroup italia, come facciamo ogni anno, visto che siamo azienda certificata ISO 9001, lei, come saprà benissimo la formazione è obbligatoria per il rispetto degli standard. Ho acquistato da poco un bellissimo furgone Crafter, pagato poco, ma con necessità di fare il tagliando generale dei 250.000km. Ebbene.. Non solo mi hanno fatto il preventivo più basso fra tre officine VW, ma....una volta messo il furgone sul ponte lo hanno analizzato ben bene e scoperto alcune magagne. Prima di procedere con i lavori extra preventivo mi hanno chiamato, fatto verificare coi miei occhi e fatto altro preventivo che, per quanto relativamente piccolo (altri 700€), non essendo previsto nel budget del mese mi son trovato nell'impossibilità di pagare. Stavo per rinunciare ai lavori extra quando con mia sorpresa il titolare (Sig Luca) se ne esce con la frase più stupefacente che abbia sentito in bocca a un commerciante: "non si preoccupi signore, ci pagherà quando può.... " No ma dico..!?!? Vi è mai capitata una cosa del genere..? Tengo a sottolineare come fosse la prima volta, questo Signore non mi conosce affatto eppure ha fatto un gesto incredibile..!!! Grazie Luca e.. Tanto di cappello. N. B. Il furgone sembra nuovo, motore perfetto.. Gira come un orologio ME RA VI GLIO SI. EXCEPTIONAL ... !!! They really were amazing.
